Bu testin amac\u0131, kromozom say\u0131s\u0131nda eksiklik veya fazlal\u0131k (an\u00f6ploidi) bulunan embriyolar\u0131 tespit etmek ve rahme yaln\u0131zca kromozomal olarak normal, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 embriyolar\u0131n transfer edilmesini sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<br>\u00a0<br>Normal bir insanda 46 adet (23 \u00e7ift) kromozom bulunur. Embriyolarda bu say\u0131da meydana gelen fazlal\u0131k veya eksiklikler, gebeli\u011fin tutmamas\u0131na, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcklerle sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131na ya da kromozomal hastal\u0131kl\u0131 bebeklerin do\u011fmas\u0131na neden olabilir. PGT-A sayesinde bu t\u00fcr sorunlar, gebelik olu\u015fmadan \u00f6nce saptanabilir.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>PGT-A Nas\u0131l Uygulan\u0131r?<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>Tedavi s\u00fcreci klasik t\u00fcp bebek y\u00f6ntemiyle ba\u015flar. Yumurtalar toplan\u0131r, laboratuvarda spermle d\u00f6llenir ve embriyolar geli\u015ftirilir. Embriyolar 5. veya 6. g\u00fcn evresine geldi\u011finde (blastokist a\u015famas\u0131), her bir embriyodan birka\u00e7 h\u00fccre al\u0131narak genetik analiz yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu analizde embriyolar\u0131n t\u00fcm kromozom yap\u0131s\u0131 detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde incelenir.
